Wine description
Founded in 1894 in Avize, in the heart of the Côtes des Blancs, by Arthur Agrapart great-grandfather of the current owners Pascal and Fabrice, Agrapart & Fils is a Maison of Récoltant Manipulant (RM), since it manages and controls every moment of production, from maturation of the grapes until the evolution of the wines. "Les 7 Crus" by Agrapart & Fils is among the most representative products of this maison, coming from the winery's 7 Crus (Avize, Oger, Oiry, Cramant, Avenay val d'Or, Bergeres le Verus and Mareuil), this exceptional Champagne is made by 100% of Chardonnay grapes. A concentrate of flavor, which marks the style of the maison, a must for lovers of Blanc de Blancs.
Tasting Notes
Color: Bright gold. Scent: Intense mineral nose with toasted and spicy hints, on a fruity background (green apple, white peach and lemon peel). Taste: lively freshness supported by a good fruit. Great elegance and class.
Vinification
Alcoholic fermnetation with indigenous yeasts in oak barrels and second fermentation in bottle with disgorging according to the Champenoise Method.
