Wine description
Banyuls Cap Béar is made with 100% Grenache noir grapes brought to maximum ripeness. A wine that will last for a long time, even thirty years and more, continuing to improve its organoleptic characteristics and its complexity. Wonderful in combination with chocolate-based preparations.
Tasting Notes
It's characterized by extraordinary aromas of small ripe black fruits such as cherry, blackberry, currant and blueberry jam. The body is remarkable, fat, broad and extremely long.
Vinification
The fermentation is controlled followed by five weeks of maceration with daily pumping over in order to extract the characteristics of the grapes as much as possible.
