Barolo 2016 Brezza
Wine description
The Brezza's Barolo is a classic blend of grapes from different villages of the Barolo appellation: Monforte d'Alba, Barolo and Novello (Piedmont). It's a great example of an elegant style, mid-weight Barolo, with an impressive and delicate nose, which anticipates the elegance of its smooth tannins and pleasant freshness.
Tasting Notes
Pale ruby with orange tinges, floral and earthy nose, elegant and smooth tannins with good acidity and a fresh fruit.
Vinification
Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
Aged in used large Slavonian oaks from 1500L to 3000L of capacity for 24 months, then 12 months in bottle.
