Wine description
The Principiano's Barolo Boscareto is made with artisan methods and Organic viticulture, with grapes grown in forty year old vines in the cru of Boscareto, in Serralunga d'Alba. The Barolo Boscareto is an age-worthy wine suitable to be uncorked for important occasions, it promises to offer great emotions.
Tasting Notes
Color: garnet red Scent: sweet notes of black cherry and blackberries, followed by spicy black pepper and leather, and balsamic herbs of menthol and eucalyptus Taste: powerful and elegant at the same time, mineral and balanced with a good presence of tannins. Very long finish.
Vinification
Without being destemmed, grapes are pressed with feet. Alcoholic fermentation without inoculated yeasts and without sulfur ranges.
Ageing
36 months in 30HL oak barrels.
