Wine description
The Brezza's Barolo Castellero comes from a soil that gives a well-structured wine that should rest in bottle at least a couple of years to be appreciated at its best. Balanced and of good structure, like all the best Barolos, it requires to wait at least six years before being drinked.
Tasting Notes
Color: ruby red tending to garnet. Scent: classic and elegant characterized by floral scents of lavender and violet, with notes that recall sweet tobacco, white pepper, cloves and rhubarb. Taste: vibrant and severe with a tannic, fresh, dynamic and structured texture.
Ageing
Aged in large Slavonian oaks of 3000L of capacity for 36 months, then 12 months in bottle.
