Wine description
Bruno Giacosa in the cellar follows a highly conservative enology, aimed at respecting the work done in the vineyard as much as possible. His extraordinary knowledge of the Langa territory and extreme territorial commitment, led him to create classic and unforgettable Nebbiolos. Very low yields, three-week macerations in steel tanks and aging in large French oak barrels, for periods that in some cases exceed thirty months: this is the key to understanding a consolidated production style, which gives us immense bottles, that literally made history. The wines of the Falletto winery all come from their own vineyards and are vinified in the cellar in Neive. All Bruno Giacosa's wines are the greatest expression of the territory and the Nebbiolo grape in the world.
