The Principiano's Belen Rosé Extra Brut is a sparkling wine produced with 100% Barbera grapes using the traditional method and Organic viticulture, in Monforte d'Alba.

Tasting Notes

Color: crystalline pearl pink Scent: intense aromas that reminds the fresh and lively fruit of Barbera, with hints of red fruit and flowers Taste: fresh with a long finish and excellent vivacity.

Vinification

Spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks.

Ageing

It rests 1 year on the lees.
