Wine description
The best characteristic of the Biondi Santi's Brunello di Montalcino is the longevity. This Brunello will age for 20 to 40 years. It is a unique wine that talks about traditions and its territory.
Tasting Notes
Color: intense ruby red Scent: complex with notes of dried rose Taste: harmonious, well structured, warm with tannin and acidity in perfect balance, persistent and sapid.
Vinification
Harvested in the second half of September and vinification at controlled temperature.
Ageing
3 years in Slavonian oak barrels and a minimum of 4 months in bottle.
