Wine description

The Hartmann Donà's Donà Blanc is a cuvée made with 60% Pinot Blanc and 40% Chardonnay grapes. Wines obtained from ripe fruit, with soft body and a minerality that transpires clearly after a few years ageing. The Donà Blanc grapes come from old vines located on two different soils, a light and porphyric one with high mineral content, and a more consistent, clayey and limy one. The aromatic grapes and the evolution in the cellar give to this wine roundness and softness, allowing it develop to the full its sapid and well mineralized character.

23 months in barrels and a 2-years bottle ageing.
