Wine description

The Antica Fratta's Franciacorta Essence Saten is a sparkling wine produced using the traditional method. Made only from Chardonnay grapes, this is a “no vintage” wine, which does not bear the year of production because it is obtained from the "assemblage" of wines from different years. A classy aperitif, but a superb choice to be paired with fish and shellfish dishes and delicate meats.

Tasting Notes

Colour: pale yellow with gold highlights. Scent: intense and harmonious, with notes of yellow fruits and hints of tropical fruit. Taste: Involving, elegant and persistent structure, nuts aftertaste. Fine, persistent and creamy mousse.

Ageing

Minimun 24 months as requested from Franciacorta docg disciplinary regulations.
