Delaplace Champagne Lady Trilogie is made with a selection of very old Cru (Charly-sur-Marne, Saulchery, Romery-sur-Marne) with the best exposure on the hills. It perfectly pairs with any type of food, especially with fish courses.
Tasting Notes
The nose is very fine and delicious. With a brioche-like scent with a hint of hawthorn and violet, it also has an elegant aromas of pear, peach and tangerine. On the palate is supple and fleshy, with an effervescence with a silky caressing texture.
