Tasting Notes

Color: ruby red. Scent: slightly herbaceous with notes of blackberry, dried flowers and balsamic hints. Taste: complex and soft structure of great balance. Intense and persistent, while remaining fresh and fruity.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested entirely by hand, when they are perfectly ripe. In a short time they reach the cellar where the grape is separated from the stem; they are then left to ferment and then macerated for about 25 days.

Ageing

Aging for about 24 months in small 20 HL oak barrels, then assembled in steel tanks and then left in the bottle for 2 months.
