Wine description
The Musso's Brut Metodo Tradizionale is a sparkling white wine produced with 70% Chardonnay grapes from a vineyard located in Pora and 30% from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the Rio Sordo vineyard, using the traditional method. This wine offers a nice acidity and good length, that can be enjoyed during an aperitif or with delicate main dishes.
Tasting Notes
Color: pale straw yellow Scent: delicate and fragrant with hints of hazelnut, bread crust, yeast, ripe apple and sage Taste: intense and continuous perlage, dry and clean.
Vinification
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16° C temperature.
Ageing
Aged on the lees for 3 years.
