Wine description
The Principiano's Nebbiolo Coste is made with artisan methods and Organic viticulture, with grapes grown in forty year old vines in Monforte d'Alba. Nebbiolo Coste is a young and fresh Nebbiolo d'Alba, easy to drink, that shows to be original with an high quality.

Color: ruby red Scent: a fresh bouquet of berries, violet, plum and underbrush Taste: fresh, juicy, very pleasant to drink with a very light balsamic touch.
Vinification
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts.
Ageing
10 months in stainless steel vats.
