Tasting Notes

Straw Yellow color. Scent: elegant, delicate with a rich variety of aromas, from floral (hawthorn) to the fruit of white peach with notes of minerality. Taste: it is very persistent, intense with a long and elegant freshness.

Vinification

Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 19 ° C with selected yeasts in stainless steel.

Ageing

Aging for 6 months on the lees in steel tanks.
