Wine description
The Le Marognole's Rosato Veronese IGT "el Marascar" is made with Corvina (80%), Rondinella (20%) grapes grown in the vineyard in Marano di Valpolicella. It pairs well with appetizers, light first courses, and it's ideal with white meats and fish grilled or steamed.
Tasting Notes
It is a young wine, with a pinkish color, with hints of fresh fruits, sour cherry in particular. Its freshness, given by the persistent acidity, makes it a scented and lively wine both on the nose and on the palate. Cheerful and fine taste.
Vinification
The must is racked after about 6 hours of maceration on the skins and fermented at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
In stainless steel tanks.
