Wine description
The Le Marognole's Rosso "El Nane" is made with Corvina e Corvinone 60%, Rondinella 30% e Croatina 10% grapes, grown in the vineyards in Marano di Valpolicella. Rosso Verona IGT "El Nane" is crafted with the lighter "appassimento style" of the best selected grapes, made in loving memory of our grandfather Giovanni, "El Nane", who dedicated his life to the cultivation of the vines. It pairs with main courses and with grilled and roasted meats. Perfect also with ripe cheeses.
Vinification
Grapes are handpicked and dried for a period of 100 days before the crush. The fermentation lasts for about 1 month at a controlled temperature.

24 months in French oak new cask of 20HL.
