Wine description
The Castellada's Sauvignon is a white wine made of 100% Friulano grapes, growns in the vineyards in Collio.
Vinification
Fermentation in Slavonian oak open vats for 4 days, then in barriques and tonneaux.
Ageing
11 months in barriques / tonneaux and 12 months in stainless steel tanks and at least 12 months in bottles.
