Mediterranean white wine of strong character, with a good structure and complexity, made from hand-picked late-harvested grapes

Tasting Notes

Color: straw yellow with golden hues, crystal clear Bouquet: intense and complex with notes of orange blossom, lemon, herbs, wisteria, lavender and citrus honey Taste: dry but while alive and warm, rich and fleshy, with citrus tones and myeloma, the finish is long and caressing the back with great persistence on the palate.

Vinification

4 week fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16-18°C

Ageing

6-8 months in both new and used barriques
